LES MILLS BODY STEP is the energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple moves, on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Like all LES MILLS programs a new BODYSTEP class is released every three months with new choreography and music
LES MILLS RPM
LES MILLS RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within, sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Known to devotees and Les Mills choreographers as “the rock concert on wheels”, RPMTM incorporates the best of biking choreography and great music. It provides a fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength. Like all Les Mills programs, a new RPMTM class is released every three months with new choreography and music.
LES MILLS BodyPump
LES MILLS BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout incorporates all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercies like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each workout. If you are new to weights resistance exercise or you are out of shape, you should start with light weights. After a few classes you will recognise the correct weight for you. If you are unsure, ask your instructor.
Circuit Express A 45 minute class combining weights, resistance exercises, and cardio stations to give you an all over workout. Your instructor will guide you through exercises focusing on technique, stamina, strength and fitness. sixty second and thirty second rounds are sure to get your heart pumping!!
